Paid placements. All placements facilitated by Kayvue are paid. We purchase advertising and sponsored content space from publishers and media platforms on behalf of our clients. Kayvue does not pitch journalists for earned or editorial coverage, and no placement arranged by Kayvue represents independent editorial selection or endorsement by the publication. Publisher control and labelling. Publishers retain final control over all content, including the right to edit, schedule, decline, or label it (for example, as “Sponsored,” “Brand Connect,” “Partner Content” or “Advertorial”) in line with their own policies and applicable law. Kayvue does not control and cannot remove such labels. No guarantee of results. Kayvue guarantees the placement, not its outcome. We do not guarantee any specific readership, traffic, search ranking, sales, investment, funding or other business result. Figures shown on this website reflect past client engagements and do not predict future results. Awards and speaking opportunities. Award nominations, recognitions and speaking slots facilitated by Kayvue may involve participation, sponsorship or registration fees paid to the organizer. Final selection and outcomes rest solely with the organizer. Trademarks. All publication names, logos and trademarks shown on this website belong to their respective owners. Their display indicates only that Kayvue has facilitated paid placements on those platforms. It does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement of Kayvue by those publications. Client responsibility. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied for publication and for complying with applicable advertising and disclosure requirements, including the ASCI Code and consumer protection laws, when sharing or promoting their placements. Payment Terms. 100% advance payment. All Kayvue services require full payment in advance. No placement, booking or order is initiated or confirmed with any publisher, platform or organizer until the full fee has been received in cleared funds. Kayvue does not accept part payments, instalments or payment on delivery. These terms are non-negotiable. Token amounts for speaking opportunities. For speaking, stage and similar opportunities, Kayvue may collect a token amount in advance to begin sourcing a suitable slot. Once an opportunity is identified and accepted by the client, the remaining fee is payable in full before the booking is confirmed. If Kayvue is unable to secure a suitable opportunity [within the agreed period of ___ days], the token amount will be refunded in full. Refunds for media placements. Because Kayvue purchases placements from third-party publishers on the client’s behalf, refunds are available only where the publisher or platform rejects the placement, cancels it, or otherwise fails to perform, and issues a refund to Kayvue. In such cases, Kayvue will refund the client the amount recovered from the publisher [together with / excluding] Kayvue’s service fee, within [___] business days of receiving the publisher’s refund. Where a publisher issues a partial refund, the client’s refund will be proportionate. No refund on client cancellation. Once a placement has been booked with a publisher, it cannot be cancelled or refunded at the client’s request, including where the client changes their mind, withdraws approval of content, or fails to provide required information or materials on time. Taxes. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including GST, which will be charged in addition as required by law. Payment disputes. Clients agree to raise any payment concern directly with Kayvue before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal. Services linked to a disputed payment may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
